Wildlife Shield™ Systems operates within the Canadian regulatory framework overseen by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

Product classification and registration requirements are determined by PMRA based on formulation, use pattern, and claims.

Wildlife Shield™'s formulation development is intentionally designed to align with a reduced-risk / non-conventional pathway where applicable, with full-registration contingency planning built into the development program.

Early deployments may occur under appropriate research authorizations or pilot approvals where required.

Variation between corridors is expected due to differences in habitat, wildlife density, traffic speed, and seasonal movement.

Wildlife Shield™ is not sold as a guarantee of collision elimination. Performance is evaluated using corridor-level trends, avoided-cost thresholds, and year-over-year comparison, not individual events.

Wildlife Shield™ is structured as an annual corridor service.

Wildlife Shield™ retains ownership of formulation IP, deployment methods, and anonymized performance analytics.
